All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PCORE is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs or import processes
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

4. Returns & Refunds

We comply with UK consumer law.
14-Day Right to Cancel (Online Orders):
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Notify us within 14 days and return the item within a further 14 days.
Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

30-Day Right to Reject Faulty Goods:

Goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose may be returned within 30 days.
Evidence of the issue may be requested.
Refunds or replacements will be issued for confirmed faulty goods.
PCORE will reimburse reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faults.

Non-Returnable Situations:

Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
Vehicle interior damage caused by incorrect installation
Modification or misuse of the product
Items returned outside statutory timeframes

5. Installation & Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is compatible with their vehicle before installation.
Installation must follow provided instructions.
PCORE is not liable for interior vehicle damage, marks, adhesive residue, or other cosmetic issues resulting from installation or removal.

6. Safe Use & Vehicle Disclaimer

PCORE car phone holders are designed for use in vehicles only. By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:
Installation and use are at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful use of the product.
You will comply with all UK road traffic laws.
PCORE does not endorse or encourage the use of mobile phones while driving.
PCORE shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, fines, or vehicle damage resulting from improper, unsafe, or illegal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
PCORE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
